Class description

Drop your kids off at our super-creative kids art workshops these Autumn school holidays! Our workshops are a wonderful antidote to too much screen-time and nurture your child’s creativity. Perfect for arty siblings ages 4-12. We have different themes and activities every morning and afternoon so you can choose the morning or the afternoon session ($65 each) or stay the whole day ($110 with free supervision over the lunch-hour). Breaks will be outdoors at the nearby playground on Gilderthorpe avenue, with a picnic & play in Varna Park at lunchtime

Morning Session (9am – 12pm): Cardboard Houses Workshop:

Create little dwellings out of cardboard any style you can imagine – decorate them with tape, markers, stamping, washi tape & recycled materials. Then make a giant collaborative cardboard “city” sculpture up the wall of studio (kids take home their own work).

Afternoon Session (1pm – 4pm): God’s eyes pom poms

Be inspired my Mexican Art and make your own gorgeous yarn “God’s eyes”! Watch out – this ancient craft is addictive! Learn to make pompoms too!

We also offer “post” care options 4pm-5pm ($20). Note during these periods we provide supervision only, kids play games, free drawing etc
